    KWG Annual Sustainability Report: Diverse Growth for a Better Future

    2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the opening year of the 14th Five Year Plan, and the first year of China's new journey to build a comprehensive socialist modern country.

    In this context, KWG recently released 2020 Corporate Sustainability Report, showcasing the Group's diversified and technology-enabled innovative layout, as well as the sustainable development of its talent strategy, comprehensive promoting "green construction", "green office" and "green public welfare", and contributing to low-carbon China and sustainable development.

     

    Asset light and heavy enabling digitalization to start the second curve

     

    In the face of the new market environment, KWG continues to synergistically develop diversified businesses and expand business boundaries.     Green operation and social responsibility

     

    In 2020, The Investment Association of China and Green Ranking jointly released the list of "2020 Green Credit of China Real Estate Enterprises Top 50", KWG ranked 32nd.

     

    In terms of project planning, KWG's products are actively moving towards "green construction", with hundreds of developments across the country achieving standardized energy efficiency. In terms of building material supply and post-processing, the company has established a standard system for energy saving and emission reduction, with 80 certified green building projects and 49 projects in the process of certification by the end of 2020.

     

    In terms of internal operation, the company advocates green office work, energy saving and emission reduction: for example, it is stipulated that the air-conditioning temperature of the office in summer shall not be lower than 26℃, and LED energy-saving light sources are used in the building and underground garage. At the same time, the company has also formed a good green culture of saving paper internally through online approval, paperless meetings, and advocating double-sided paper use.
